I built an embedded Webflow widget that allows homeowners to instantly receive sprinkler system estimates by analyzing satellite imagery of their property. The solution combines a custom-trained AI model for zone prediction, Supabase Edge Functions for serverless processing, and a feedback loop that improves predictions as more labeled images are added. The widget integrates directly with Rhino Home Services’ lead pipeline, providing both a customer-facing estimate tool and an admin dashboard to review leads and retrain the model.

Overview

First2Apply is a web app designed to give tech job seekers a competitive edge by notifying them as soon as new roles are posted at their target companies. Many job seekers lose opportunities simply because they apply too late—First2Apply solves this by scanning company job boards, detecting new openings, and instantly sending alerts.

Challenge‍

Traditional job boards and LinkedIn often delay postings, meaning applicants are already competing with hundreds of submissions by the time they see a listing. Our challenge was to build a lean, automated system that delivers job postings faster than mainstream platforms, while providing a clean and simple interface for users to manage their target companies.

Solution‍

We built First2Apply as a lightweight SaaS on Bolt, powered by Supabase, with Loops for transactional emails. The system continuously checks company career pages, compares them against previously seen jobs, and pushes alerts to subscribers within minutes.
